Home-Made Glass Cleaner

I love to make my own products and know exactly what is in them, whenever I can. One of my favorite cleaning products to make (and it is super easy) is home-made glass and metal fixture cleaner!

If you want streak-free mirrors and windows, or shiny bathroom faucets and metal fixtures, than you need this! Check out the recipe below, links to products and how to use it!

Tools Needed:

• Empty Spray Bottle (amazon)

• Funnel (amazon)

Ingredients:

• Distilled White Vinegar (Amazon)

• Blue Dawn Dish Soap (Amazon)

Directions for Glass/Mirrors:

1. Grab empty spray bottle

2. Pour 1 cup distilled white vinegar into bottle

3. Pour 2 tbsp Blue Dawn Dish Soap into bottle

4. Shake

5. Spray glass shower doors or mirrors, and let sit for 10+ minutes; or overnight if very bad

6. Wipe with clean microfiber towel to clean

7. Rinse if it’s a glass door or stand alone glass item (not necessary for mirror)

8. Squeegee Glass; if rinsed

Directions for Fixtures:

1. Grab empty spray bottle

2. Pour 1 cup distilled white vinegar into bottle

3. Pour 2 tbsp Blue Dawn Dish Soap into bottle

4. Shake

5. Spray bathroom faucets & fixtures and let sit for 10+ minutes; or overnight if very bad

6. Wipe with soft sponge to clean

7. Rinse fixtures

8. Take a dry cloth and spray again with solution and wipe and dry fully.
